Mindful Transitions: Thriving during Uncertainty

Welcome!

Our 10-week psychotherapy wellness group is specifically designed for recently laid off professionals who are looking for ways to reduce stress and improve their mental well-being. We use a variety of techniques, including mindfulness, to help you transition to your next career opportunity with ease.

Here are some of the benefits you can expect from our program:

  • Improve your emotional resilience and coping strategies

  • Learn practical skills and techniques to manage stress and anxiety

  • Cultivate positive states of mind like joy, compassion, and care in support of your transition

  • Build a supportive community of like-minded individuals

  • Develop a deeper understanding of your personal strengths and values

  • Gain clarity and confidence in your next career steps

The program is led by Dr. Brac Selph, a psychotherapist, executive coach and trainer, with more than 20 years experience in supporting clients in cultivating resiliency in the face of uncertainty. He has taught at many universities and colleges including Stanford and UCSF. His clients include leaders at major companies including Google, Facebook, USMC and Genentech.

We meet weekly for 90-minute group sessions, where you'll have the opportunity to share your experiences, learn new skills, and connect with others who are going through similar challenges.

We believe that this is a unique and powerful opportunity to not only optimize your mental wellbeing, but also to capitalize on the uncertainty that comes with a job loss. Our program can help you transform this challenging time into an opportunity for growth and personal development.
